- What if my site is on a platform you don't know well?
- We tell you honestly. If your site is on a truly obscure platform we can't support well, we'll say so upfront. But we've handled more exotic stacks than most agencies have seen — ask us before assuming.
- I'm on Wix / Squarespace. Will you judge me?
- Not at all. They're real platforms with real users. We'll maintain your current setup and, if you ever want to move, we'll help you migrate at the right time — not push you into it prematurely.
- My developer built something custom. Can you take it over?
- Yes, this is one of the most common things we handle. We review the codebase, document what we find, and establish a clear maintenance baseline before we take on full responsibility.
- What if my site is AI-generated?
- AI-built sites are real websites — they need hosting, security, updates, and support just like everything else. The tools that generated the code don't maintain it. We do.
- Does platform-agnostic mean you won't build new sites?
